New Changes
So currently we r back to just one vehicle. It will certainly save us money on gas so I think it's a blessing in disguise. However we will need a second car by December before baby comes. So no we r doing research on which car to get. We will be leasing since initially the monthly costs are lower... Better to spend less and have more for baby. We r looking at Toyota since they have the best resale value and they last forever. We will need a bigger car with me baby John and Ina all in it. Then if we have john's folks move here soon we will need the space to. For now though we are focusing on baby and saving for him. We are not going to try to get his parents here right away like we planned. Our plans are always changing. Good thing I'm flexible! Lol. As far as the model goes, we are thinking of the CRV or highlander or 4runner depending on safety and price... So if you have any suggestions, we are all ears!

Spenser and I have the Toyota RAV4 and are SERIOUSLY obsessed with it. We leased it as well, from Toyota of Puyallup. You should really go down there and ask for Cliff Wunder, he is incredibly helpful and not pushy at all. He was also really realistic with us about what we could afford and everything. Anyway... you are more than welcome to come look at ours or drive it around but we both absolutely love it. (Did I mention it is the #1 consumer rated mid size SUV? =) There are tons of little things we found out after we bought it that just make us love it that much more. Also, surprisingly it is pretty good on gas mileage. Oh, and its not too tall for my preggo self to climb in and out of =) Just sayin... The CRV gets good reviews too but its actually a Honda. It doesn't have quite as much room as the RAV4 and it doesn't have as good of resale value but a lot of people still really love it. Oh, and our Lease came with an INCREDIBLE warranty... seriously. They pay for all maintenance for 3 years (tire rotations, oil changes, etc.) and they give you extra mileage. Most places give average of 12,000 miles a year and Toyota did 15,000 miles per year. Of course all that means is that the lease total is 45,000 miles. It doesn't actually matter when you use the miles. Okay, stepping off my soap box now =)
